Whitewater has been promoting and facilitating access to the outdoor lifestyle since 2001. Many consumers engage the brand through the U.S. National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, NC. This 1300-acre facility includes the world’s largest man-made whitewater river and the world’s only permanent Deep Water Solo climbing complex. Over 1.3 million guests enjoy the facility annually via pass activities (rafting, ziplining, ropes courses, etc.), year round programming (festivals, races, concerts, yoga, summer camps) and other offerings (food and beverage outlets, retail store, corporate/private events, instruction, etc.).
Whitewater utilizes an in-house, and full service, marketing agency model to develop and carry out strategic and omni-channel marketing campaigns for each of the products, programs, and offerings listed above. The diverse scope of work varies with the individual goals of each campaign and typically includes all aspects of strategic planning, market research, budgeting, and analysis as well as development and execution of all branding assets, content creation, advertising/media buys, PR and communication efforts, and digital marketing.
