Sustain Charlotte is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization helping to advance local sustainability through smart growth. The dedicated staff and volunteers work collaboratively with residents, neighborhood organizations, government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses to solve the most important challenges to the long-term social, economic, and environmental health of our community.
Sustain Charlotte continues to engage MJ Bratton to oversee and manage all aspects of their annual Biketoberfest event. This community wide event is the primary fundraising event for Sustain Charlotte and will hit the 10 year mark in 2024. Under our direct guidance, Biketoberfest has enjoyed back to back year's of record breaking revenue numbers.

- Assess and reapproach all aspects of the event to increase community engagement and participation
- Leverage existing relationships of the MJ Bratton network
- Drive additional dollars to the Sustain Charlotte organization through the event.
