NOCQUA was founded in 2013 with a goal to make watersports and outdoor activities more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The company has fluidly evolved and adapted intentionally over the years to position itself in a favorable spot for significant growth moving into new markets with new product lines.
In order to best prepare and position the company for that growth in a scalable way, NOCQUA enlisted MJ Bratton's services and perspective throughout the business including analyzing current processes and procedures, ensuring consistent branding across all mediums, strategically identifying and focusing on priority growth opportunities and relationship development.
We worked to collectively establish a number of goals that have been achieved, most notably securing a collaboration project (and receiving the company's largest PO ever) with an internationally recognized leader in water sports/recreation industry. This collaboration further established the NOCQUA brand on the global stage.
